Products are not FDA approved and no claim is made as to their safety or efficacy for any use in humans or animals.
Every purchase is also subject to our Research Use covenant, which you accept at the site entry gate. By purchasing from this Site, you represent that you are a qualified professional, researcher, or institution acquiring products solely for legitimate research purposes, and that you will not resell, distribute, or represent these products for human or animal use.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Site or place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or concerns about the intended use of the products ordered. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped.
Because our products are sealed for research integrity, we generally do not accept returns once a package has shipped, except in cases of a verified shipping error or damaged product. Participation in our Wholesale program or Partner Program is subject to the specific terms described on those respective pages, in addition to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, pricing tiers, or program eligibility at our discretion, with reasonable notice to active participants.
