Order records are only released to the person who placed the order. Each route below proves that in a different way.
The email link
The tracking link in your confirmation email carries its own key and opens this page with the record already unlocked. Nothing to type.
The account
Signed in as the account that placed it? The order is listed under My orders, beside every other order on the account.
By hand
Link gone and account out of reach? Write to hello@catharoslabs.com and quote the order number - the record is released only to the person who placed it.
Locked on purpose
If it will not open
Order records are only released to the person who placed the order. That means one of two things works: the link from your confirmation email, or being signed in to the account that placed it.
An order number on its own is deliberately not enough. Sign in or write to hello@catharoslabs.com.
